1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the-ai-leap.london and your attendance at The AI Leap: London 2026 and related events operated by The AI Leap. By accessing our site, registering for an event, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility & accounts

Our Services are intended for business professionals aged 18 and over. If you create an account or submit information on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that the information provided is accurate.

3. Event registration, tickets & payment

• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of any required payment and a confirmation email from us.
• Ticket prices, formats, and availability are subject to change prior to purchase.
• Refund and transfer policies, where applicable, will be stated at the point of registration; absent a stated policy, requests are handled at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to modify the agenda, speakers, venue, or date, and to cancel the event, in which case reasonable efforts will be made to notify registrants and address ticket costs.
• Matchmaking introductions are a best-effort service based on information you provide; we do not guarantee any specific business outcome from an introduction.

4. Code of conduct

The AI Leap is a vendor-neutral, no-pay-to-play, human-in-the-loop community. Attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff are expected to treat one another with respect. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, deceptive sales pitches disguised as content, or disruptive conduct. We reserve the right to remove any individual from the event, without refund, for violating this Code of Conduct.

5. Intellectual property

All site content — including the The AI Leap name, the circuit-bridge-tree mark, logos, copy, graphics, and session materials we produce — is owned by or licensed to The AI Leap and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

6. Photography & recording

Photography, video, and audio recording may occur at our events for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such recordings unless you notify us in writing in advance. Recording sessions or other attendees for your own commercial use requires our prior written consent.

7. Third-party links & sponsors

Our site and event may reference or link to third-party vendors, sponsors, and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of these third parties. Inclusion of a sponsor or Solution Station does not constitute an endorsement of their products or services beyond our stated no-pay-to-play editorial policy for stage content.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services, including all content, sessions, and resources (such as the AI-readiness self-assessment), are provided “as is” for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing presented at The AI Leap constitutes legal, financial, tax, cybersecurity, or professional advice specific to your business. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on information obtained through our Services.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The AI Leap and its organizers, staff, speakers, and sponsors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our Services or attendance at our events, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to attend the applicable event.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The AI Leap and its organizers, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our Services.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, Ontario.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
